Permian Highway Pipeline Set to Begin Construction

Construction on the $2 billion Kinder Morgan project called the Permian Highway Pipeline is set to begin.  The project is expected to transport 2.1 billion cubic feet of gas per day from West Texas to the Houston area.  There has been fierce opposition to the project, particularly in the Hill Country.
