Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo to Lead CLE International’s 22nd Annual Texas Eminent Domain Conference

Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo, PLLC will lead the 22nd Annual Texas Eminent Domain Conference, hosted by Continuing Legal Education (CLE) International, at the Austin Country Club on April 13-14, 2023. It is a two-day affair full of networking opportunities and industry updates. Attendees can also earn up to 14 hours of accreditation for:

• International Right of Way Association (IRWA)
• Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
• Engineering
• Appraisal

The conference features a variety of experienced eminent domain attorneys from across the state of Texas along with experts in the fields of appraisal, right-of-way, and Texas law and policy. Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo, PLLC’s Nick Laurent, Sejin Brooks, and Andrew York serve as program co-chairs for the event.

Andrew York and Christopher Clough will participate in a panel discussion with Special Commissioners from several Central Texas counties including Todd Dudley with Hays County, Perry Lorenz with Travis County, and Ken Gindy with Bexar County.

The Special Commissioners’ Panel will highlight pressing insider information that practicing Texas attorneys will want to know about Special Commissioner Hearings such as the decision-making process and challenges commissioners come across in the courtroom.

In addition, Nick Laurent is co-hosting a presentation with Noah Galton of Jackson Walker LLP about trending eminent domain issues.
