Five lawyers from Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo, LLP attended a meeting on October 13, 2016 at the request of the Grimes County Citizens Advisory Group in Plantersville, Texas regarding landowners’ concerns about the Dallas-Houston bullet train, the CenterPoint Brazos Valley Connection Project, and State Highway 249 (the Aggie Expressway). The firm’s lawyers gave a presentation and answered questions on the condemnation process, landowner rights, early considerations in preparing for a condemnation case, and valuation issues to over 100 landowners who attended the meeting. If your group is interested in having lawyers from the firm attend a similar meeting to discuss project(s) or landowners’ concerns, please contact our Client Development Specialist, Ellen Schneider, at (512) 478-4995 or schneider@barronadler.com
