Attorney James Muela Joins Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo
Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo, PLLC is pleased to welcome attorney James Muela to our team. James brings six years of expertise with him representing corporate and institutional landowners in eminent domain and condemnation cases.
Born and raised in Austin, James studied environmental science at Trinity University in San Antonio and started his career as an environmental scientist conducting habitat surveys and assessing the ecological impacts for municipalities, utility companies, and water supply corporations. This led James to develop an interest in land-use issues and landowner rights, so he enrolled at the Baylor University School of Law where he graduated in 2017.
Prior to joining Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo, PLLC, James served as an Associate Attorney at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C. He also serves as Board Treasurer for the Environmental Law Section of the Austin Bar Association and is a member of the advisory board at St. Louis Catholic School in Austin.
“It’s an honor to join the team at Barron Adler,” James said. “Texas has an abundance of development and growth happening across the state, and landowners are often left out of the picture. I’m excited to continue my work defending property rights in Texas.”
Welcome to Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo, PLLC, James!
