The EPIC crude pipeline, connecting the Permian Basin with Corpus Christi, has been delayed while waiting for approval of initial shipping rates by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. The 900,000 barrels-per-day pipeline, which was projected to be operational by the third quarter of 2019, is on hold until FERC addressing EPIC’s regulatory filings.
