Federal government issues border wall pre-solicitation notice

The federal government recently issued a Pre-Solicitation Notice to potential vendors regarding the “Rio Grande Valley border barrier segment 01.”  The estimated contract value is between $25 million and $100 million.  The federal government’s estimated solicitation date is February 25, 2018, contingent on fiscal year 2018 funding, and a May 6, 2018 contract award date.
