Five lawyers from Barron, Adler, Clough & Oddo, LLP attended a meeting on October 13, 2016 at the request of the Grimes County Citizens Advisory Group in Plantersville, Texas regarding landowners’ concerns about the Dallas-Houston bullet train, the CenterPoint Brazos Valley Connection Project, and State Highway 249 (the Aggie Expressway). The firm’s lawyers gave a presentation and answered questions on the condemnation process, landowner rights, early considerations in preparing for a condemnation case, and valuation issues to over 100 landowners who attended the meeting.
