Hearing on Senate Bill Advancing Eminent Domain Reform is Held

On March 4, the Senate State Affairs Committee heard testimony on Senate Bill 421 which would reform eminent domain procedures for private condemnors like pipeline companies. The bill, sponsored by Senator Lois Kolkhorst, will be voted on next week.
