The Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) recently approved the Howard to Solstice transmission line project, selecting modified route 4 and increasing the possibility of eminent domain. Landowners may begin to hear from right-of-way (ROW) agents inquiring about their properties. Even with this project and others like it moving forward across the state, it’s not too late to seek legal counsel.

Barron, Adler, Clough and Oddo invites landowners impacted by AEP Texas and CPS Energy’s Howard to Solstice transmission line project to join us for the below informational seminar. This session is designed to help you understand your rights, ask questions and learn practical steps you can take to protect yourself and your property. We’d love to see you there.

In-Person Seminar:

When: Monday, October 5, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.

Where: Uvalde County Fairplex – Dry Frio Room (Stardust Pavilion), 215 Veterans Lane, Uvalde, TX

For questions or to RSVP, please contact Ellen Schneider at schneider@barronadler.com  or (512) 478-4995.

We look forward to helping you learn about your property rights.
