National Butterfly Center Seeks Injunction Against Border Wall

The National Butterfly Center, which is in the path of the next phase of the border wall project, recently requested an injunction that would preclude construction of the wall through the Butterfly Center.  Federal courts had previously rejected other challenges from the Butterfly Center.
