On April 24, Phillips 66 Partners announced plans for the Gray Oak Pipeline project that will carry at least 700,000 barrels of crude oil per day from the Permian Basin to Corpus Christi. The capacity for the pipeline could later be increased to about 1 million barrels of crude oil per day if fully subscribed.
