Thank you to those who attended the 24th Annual Texas Eminent Domain SuperConference at Austin Country Club this past weekend!

Barron, Adler Clough & Oddo attorneys Nicholas Laurent and Andrew York enjoyed hosting and presenting at the event, where other Texas attorneys and professionals including attorneys, appraisers and engineers had the opportunity to gather and connect over today’s most pressing topics in the eminent domain and condemnation world.

Speakers covered a wide range of topics including case law updates, eminent domain bills presented during the 89th Texas Legislature, appraisal issues, right-of-way negotiations, City of Austin code changes, legal malpractice claims and more.
